you will:
Complete a Strengths Discovery Session to better understand your unique strengths and how to harness those strengths to feel more confident and have a greater sense of what type of work motivates you.
Create an impactful, fit for purpose CV that will make you stand out from the crowd.
Learn how to create a professional and compelling LinkedIn profile that will position your expertise and value in the market.
Get clear on your personal brand and how best to reflect that through your LinkedIn profile to attract hiring managers and organisations to reach out to you.
Be supported 1:1 over a 3-month period by an experienced Career Coach, to optimise your progress, practice practical skills such as interview practice and help you to stay focussed and motivated to secure your next role.
Gain clarity and confidence in how to communicate your value to prospective employers.

A full CV review and collaborate rewrite with up to two edit reviews. The initial review and feedback will be delivered 1:1 in a 30 minute video coaching call and the call will be recorded so that you can revisit the feedback as often as you wish. The second edit review will be by email and feedback will be provided within 5 working days of being sent through by email.

An additional 3 x 60 minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with an experienced Career Coach to support your progress, help you to tailor your applications, prepare for interviews and navigate the job search process positively.

Pay in full £2497 + VAT

This programme can also be paid for by your employer or as part of a redundancy outplacement package.
